So, I’ve been thinkin’ about gettin’ one of them fancy watches, you know, the CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch with the clear back. I seen a lot of watches, but this one caught my eye. It’s got that special somethin’, they call it “original order.”
First off, I started lookin’ around online, just to see what’s out there. There’s a lot of places sellin’ these things. And boy, are they expensive! You can find ’em at them specialty stores, but I ain’t got that kind of money. Then I seen this one site, sayin’ they had the CopyOMEGA Speedmaster, the one with the clear back so you can see all the guts inside. I thought, “Well, that’s kinda neat.”

- Turns out, gettin’ a real OMEGA watch is a whole different ball game.
- You gotta find one of them authorized dealers, and they ain’t exactly on every corner.
So, I decided to focus on the CopyOMEGA. I read up on it, learned about how folks say it’s a good mix of fancy and practical. Not too big, not too flashy, somethin’ you can wear every day. I even heard that you can find ’em in some places if you are lucky. And apparently, there’s one in Atlanta!
Now, I ain’t no expert, but I started lookin’ at the details. Checkin’ out the subdials, makin’ sure they’re in the right place. Lookin’ at that tachymeter thing on the bezel, seein’ if it lines up with the markings on the dial. From what I can tell, the CopyOMEGA’s got it all lookin’ pretty spot on, and the quality of them CopyOMEGA is ok.
Then, I went and ordered one. I ain’t gonna lie, I was a little nervous. But it showed up, and I gotta say, I was impressed. It looks good, feels good on the wrist. And that clear back, it’s somethin’ else. You can see all them little gears turnin’. I mean, I don’t know what they all do, but it’s kinda mesmerizing.
After wearin’ it for a while, I gotta say, it’s like an old friend. Always there, always reliable, just like they say about the CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster Chronoscope. Maybe it ain’t a real OMEGA, but it does the job, and it looks the part. And for the price, I ain’t complainin’.
