Alright, folks, let’s dive into this little project of mine. I’ve been eyeing those Fendi Zucca Oyster bags for a while. They have this classic look. I wanted to try making one myself, see if I could pull it off.

First things first, I started by looking around online to see what these bags actually look like up close. I checked out a bunch of different websites. I needed to get a good feel for the design, the materials, you know, the whole nine yards.

After that, I started gathering what I needed. It’s the inverted “Zucca” or “FF” logo as seen on canvas. So I tried to draw many FF logo and make them look classic. I also prepared some good fabric to test. It’s not an easy job, trust me.

Then came the fun part – putting it all together. I tried many times, cut and sewed, trying to match the design I saw on those websites. It took some trial and error, messed up a few times, ngl. But that’s all part of the process, right?

  • Drawing: I spent a good few hours sketching out templates. Needed to get those dimensions just right.
  • Cutting: This was nerve-wracking. One wrong snip and you gotta start over. I tried to cut these FF logos carefully.
  • Sewing: I’m no pro with a sewing machine, but I got it done. Took a few tries, but eventually, the pieces started coming together.

Finally, after a few days, I had something that looked like a Fendi Zucca Oyster bag. It is not perfect, but I was pretty proud of my first attempt. It’s got that classic Fendi look, with the Zucca pattern. It’s a good size, can fit all my essentials, phone, wallet, keys, you name it.

So there you have it, my little DIY project. It’s not a perfect copy, but it’s close enough for me. It was a fun little experiment, and I learned a lot along the way. Maybe I’ll try making another one, or maybe I’ll just stick to buying the real deal. Who knows?

I also check the tag and numbers to make sure it looks like a real Fendi bag. It’s fun, right? Hope you enjoyed this little story of mine. Catch you guys later!
